This project involved the complete renovation of an 80 square meter apartment located in the heart of the city. The client, a young professional, wanted a modern, functional and bright space, suitable for both working from home and leisure. The main challenge was to transform a dated and fragmented apartment into an airy open space, without sacrificing privacy or functionality.
The end result is a contemporary and sophisticated space that fully meets the client's needs. Natural light floods the apartment, thanks to the large windows and the choice of an open layout. Custom-made furniture optimizes space without sacrificing style, while integrated technologies improve comfort and functionality.
Innovative Solutions:
- Open Space Layout: The removal of partition walls created a large open space that integrates the living room, kitchen and dining area, perfect for the client who loves entertaining friends and colleagues.
- Customized Furnishings: We have designed custom-made furniture, including a bookcase that also acts as a divider between the sleeping area and the living area, ensuring privacy without closing the space.
- Integrated Technology: The apartment has been equipped with a smart lighting and climate control system that can be managed via app. Motorized awnings offer comfort and ease of use, while solar panels reduce energy consumption.
- Sustainable Materials: We used eco-friendly paints, FSC-certified woods, and natural fabrics for furniture and curtains, reflecting the customer's desire to live in an environmentally friendly environment.
